BARBORA HRDLIČKOVÁ

You can meet instructor Bára at all aromatherapy courses, specifically the Aromatherapy Basics course, First Aid from Nature, Aromatherapy according to Chakras, or various versions of the Perfume Making course, the so-called Perfume Laboratory. She also teaches the currently very popular Face Yoga, for which she is, just like for aromatherapy, a certified instructor.

Bára began her interest in aromatherapy in 2016; she graduated from the Institute of Aromatherapy in Prague and subsequently completed her instructor certification at the American school Aroma Heads. She is constantly expanding her education because, as she says, she "cannot expand horizons and pass on knowledge without her own growth," which is very important to her. She became a certified Face Yoga instructor at the beginning of 2024.

In addition to numerous courses and lectures in the field of aromatherapy, she has also completed various olfactory and massage courses, as well as courses regarding mental health and psychological well-being. What fascinates her most about aromatherapy is its influence on our emotional and psychological side and the chemistry behind the effects of essential oils in general.

She is currently finishing her retraining as a classical yoga instructor, as it is one of her biggest hobbies. In the future, she would like to include hot yoga and somatic yoga lessons in her teaching portfolio, as she is a great lover and fan of both.
