When purchasing a course or a gift voucher, we offer a full refund upon request sent to juliana@organiclab.cz within 14 days of the purchase date, without the need to state a reason.

In the event that the operator changes the course date, participants may also withdraw from the contract and request a full refund of the course fee.

Changes to an already reserved course date can be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the course.
