We operate an e-shop on the website www.organiclab.cz

To provide our services, sell goods, and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR")

 A.  Processing of personal data when using the contact form

 

If you inquire about our courses and services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. These are: name, email, and phone.  

For what reason?

We contact you through them for further arrangements regarding the date and details of courses and services.

 Based on what legal ground?

This is processing based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or implementation of measures prior to entering into a contract at your request.

 How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 2 years from our last communication.

 

 B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

 If you purchase from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, email, phone.

 For what reason?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via contact details regarding the status of your order, possibly regarding complaints or your inquiries.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly for handling complaints and others).

 Based on what legal ground do we process personal data?

This is processing based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

 How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of the performance of our service and then for 2 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

 

 C. Newsletters (commercial communications) 

If you are a purchasing customer and did not forbid us during the purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send our news.

 
Based on what legal ground?

This is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you forbade us from doing so during the purchase.

How long will we process personal data?

2 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via e-mail or contact us at e-mail: info@organiclab.cz 

 II. Who gets access to the data?

Your data remains with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other persons work for us and get access to the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. These are:

  • operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (company Shoptet a.s., with registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID No. 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)
  • e-mailing service provider (Shoptet and Ecomail)

 

We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

III. What else you should know 

We do not have an appointed Data Protection Officer in our company.

Our company does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.

 V. Your rights regarding personal data processing

The GDPR regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data of yours we process, to request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction of processing; you can request a copy of the processed personal data, require us to delete personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to their portability. An objection can be raised against processing based on legitimate interest.

If you think that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or eventually turn to the court with your claims.

These conditions are effective from 1.1.2023
