At the Gua Sha course at Organic Lab you will learn how to use this ancient technique to stimulate lymph flow, firm facial contours, and add a natural glow to your skin. Working with the Gua Sha stone is not just a cosmetic ritual, but also a path to inner balance and relaxation.

    Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, you will master the correct strokes, angles, and rhythm of the massage, which help flush out toxins, reduce puffiness, and release tension in facial muscles. You will find out which stone to choose for your skin – rose quartz, jade, or clear quartz – and how to incorporate it into your daily routine.  Treat yourself to home care like a luxury cosmetic treatment every day.
